Orders & Production Time

Noons After products may be produced in limited quantities and may be made to order.

Please allow up to 1.5 to 2 months for production before your order ships, not including shipping and delivery time.

Production times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, material availability, quality control, or circumstances outside of our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production timeframe.

If we are unable to fulfill your order within the timeframe provided, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Noons After reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other errors on the website and to cancel or adjust an order when necessary.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped after production is completed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Noons After is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns

We accept standard returns within 5 days after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

• Returned with all original tags and packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

This return policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at noonsafter.co@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept standard returns for items that have been:

• Worn or used

• Altered or customized after purchase

• Damaged after delivery

• Returned without original tags or packaging

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return your original item according to our return policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Noons After website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, names, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Noons After and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without permission.
